BLAGNAC, France: Airbus has set a target of delivering around 820 commercial jets in 2025, marking a seven percent increase from the previous year, while also confirming a delay in its A350 freighter program.
The European aerospace giant reported a drop in core annual operating earnings, though the results were primarily in line with market expectations. Alongside the update on deliveries, Airbus announced a new charge of 300 million euros (US$312.63 million) for its struggling Space division.
The company also highlighted concerns about the long-term future of its A400M military transport aircraft, which has struggled with sales.
