Yevtushenkov Felix Vladimirovich was born on November 14, 1978, in Moscow. Felix spent his childhood in his native city. In an interview with Expert, he noted that he 'lived in the most ordinary apartment, went to the most ordinary Moscow school.' From an early age, he preferred team sports to individual training, which is why he played hockey for many years, later becoming interested in wrestling: "There, the team was close-knit, interesting people," recalls the entrepreneur.

Mr Yevtushenkov received a law degree in 2000, having successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Griboyedov institute, a university known for its strong faculty.
In 2013, he completed his studies at the Gubkin State University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Oil and Gas Sector Management.

Felix Yevtushenkov began his professional career at the age of 20. While still a student, he mastered the profession's intricacies in the AFK's legal department. Since 1999, he has held various positions there. This made it possible to study the work of departments and various enterprises controlled by the company to have the opportunity to cooperate with it on several projects in the future.
In 2000, he moved to work in a large development company which had an ambitious goal: to go public. To implement this project, highly qualified specialists were required. Felix Vladimirovich participated in the selection of the team, paying particular attention to applicants' experience, qualifications, and moral principles.
In 2008, Mr Yevtushenkov continued his activities within the AFK Group, working predominantly with consumer oriented assets.
Since 2012, Felix Vladimirovich has been working with various IT assets, describing the industry as 'difficult for business.'
Felix Yevtushenkov also works with a telecom company. It began transforming from a telecommunications company into an IT company, expanding its digital services ecosystem and growing its user base. Mr Yevtushenkov's strategy confirmed its effectiveness in 2020, when a report showcased that the profit from the company's digital services grew significantly.
The manager initiated a series of transformations. By this time, the managerial structure had already established a corporate venture fund to support wellness, lifestyle, fintech, and media projects. In 2021, the IT company invested in 5 promising projects. Namely:
the KonnektU CDP platform - a tool for interacting with corporate clients;
TalkBank messengers, which is the first banking-type financial institution that operates without branches or call centers;
the educational platform 'Academy of Change' - an online service for training and advanced training;
Airo service — a convenient dry cleaning service with online delivery;
the Taiwanese developer of AI chips for intelligent devices, Kneron: a technological solution based on artificial intelligence.
"Each of these projects has a strategic value for development and entry into new niches," a company representative said following the results of the transactions. In turn, the analysts of the TMT Investments fund highly appreciated the company's activity in the venture investment market. As a result, the high-tech enterprise took first place among venture investors in 2021, as reported by the independent telegram channel Russian Venture.
One of the most critical components of Mr Yevtushenkov's entrepreneurial activities is the implementation of charitable programs, which is why he began to apply his managerial and organizational competency to a large philanthropic foundation. The CF's priority areas are the development of education, cultural and social environments, and innovative projects in the field of targeted support for people in difficult life situations. For example, the #VirusFreeCountry initiative to help doctors fighting COVID was implemented by the foundation during the pandemic.
Felix Vladimirovich's most significant social projects include the relaunch of the "Lift to the Future'' digital educational platform and one of the country's first projects in the field of impact investment for education and career guidance, starting off in the Kostroma Region. The charity organization also organizes events to improve quality of life in regions throughout Russia.
